You can join the Tennishead CLUB from any country
You can pay in a number of different currencies. The currency will be automatically chosen for you at the checkout depending on which country you are in at that time.
The membership items (shoes/apparel etc.) delivery takes:
1-4 days (UK)
7-21 days (USA, Europe, ROW)
We use FedEx for all deliveries.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package leaves our warehouse.
If your delivery is delayed we will contact you.
All items are shipped from the UK.
UK orders receive FREE SHIPPING
USA residents pay $13.25 shipping
European residents pay shipping plus a VAT charge of around 15% - 20% due to the BREXIT rules, which is explained at the checkout before you complete your payment
Canadian residents pay shipping plus import duty which will show at the checkout before you complete your payment
Some other countries may add a customs charge once your items reach your country but we can't confirm this as it depends on the country.
We offer a free exchange service if you want a different size of shoe or clothing.
You will need to arrange the return of the items at your own expense. The items must come back to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
You then pay a shipping charge to cover our postage costs to send your new items out. This cost is £7.50 if you live in the UK and $25 from anywhere outside the UK.
Once we’ve received your returned items (and assuming they haven’t been worn/damaged) we will then process your new items and send them out as soon as we have them in stock.
Your Tennishead CLUB membership will renew automatically after 6 or 12 months. You choose.
Your renewal will ALWAYS include the option to receive shoes as we know how important they are to you. The other items in your renewal might change but we'll give you full details in plenty of time so you can make an informed decision.
We will contact you 1 month before your membership is due to renew to remind you and we'll contact you again 2 weeks before your renewal date to give you the exact details of your renewal including the renewal price and the membership items you'll receive once you've renewed.
You can cancel your membership any time at no cost.
Even if your membership renews automatically but actually you didn't want to renew then we will still offer a full refund.
Every year Tennishead CLUB members receive a new package of benefits immediately after each renewal.
Those benefits change from year to year.
You will be informed of the benefits in advance of your renewal payment giving you the opportunity and time to continue with your renewal or to cancel.
For digital magazine subscribers, you will receive immediate access to the current digital issue of Tennishead magazine.
For print and digital subscribers, you will receive immediate access to the current digital issue of Tennishead magazine and then your first print edition of Tennishead will be sent to you as soon as it's published. Currently we publish 4 times a year in April, June, August and December.
