At the start of your subscription/membership to the Tennishead CLUB

Print subscriptions to Tennishead magazine as part of the SLAM CLUB start with the next available issue, which may take up to 12 weeks to arrive. For example, if we have published an issue of Tennishead magazine on March 1st and you join the Tennishead CLUB on March 2nd then your first issue of the print version of Tennishead magazine that we send you will be the issue after the March issue. Digital subscriptions begin with access to the most recent issue.

Our current annual publishing schedule is April, June, August and December

Membership benefits and other gift items

  • Membership of the Tennishead CLUB includes member benefits such as the ASICS shoes, shirt, shorts and socks.
  • Please allow up to 90 days for delivery even though delivery normally takes 21-28 days or quicker.
  • We aim to hold enough stock to fulfil your order as soon as you join the Club but sometimes this isn’t possible in which case we will place an order with our suppliers for your products and will then send them to you once that stock order has arrived.
  • Items are often sent out separately to your subscription copy of Tennishead magazine.
  • All items are sent from our UK warehouse
  • Membership benefits and items will be delivered to the purchaser or billing address unless otherwise stated in your checkout form. Please give a different shipping address if you want membership gifts to be sent to a different address to your billing address.
  • The colour and style of the items you receive may change from what is advertised depending on available stocks, so please note that we cannot guarantee the colour or style of any shoes or clothing items.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the items advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require, unless otherwise stated on the advertising. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes an item with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limit has been exceeded. Please check the terms and conditions of the specific offer at the time of ordering. However all other discounts on the subscription price remain applicable.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion or items at any time which may effect what you receive as a membership offering.
  • If we deem this offer to be misused by either any discount sites or any individual, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and not fulfil any issues or the gift. No money will be deducted.

Shipping costs and customs charges

  • All Tennishead CLUB and Tennishead magazine products will be shipped to you from the UK. We charge shipping and tax for some regions and countries which will always be advertised before you complete your order at the checkout.
  • Some countries may also charge you an additional customs tax when your Tennishead items reach your destination country. Tennishead is not responsible for these charges and we cannot give you advance warning of these charges as they vary from delivery to delivery and country to country.
  • If you do not wish to pay the charge then you can arrange to return your items and Tennishead will offer a refund. You will be refunded your initial membership charge minus the shipping cost we paid for your original delivery.
  • For example, if you paid $100 to join the Tennishead CLUB and then decide to cancel because of the customs charge, your refund (once you’ve returned all the items to us in the UK) will be $100 less the shipping cost we paid to ship the original items to you.

Returns and replacements

  • If we have correctly fulfilled the items you ordered when you joined the Tennishead CLUB but you would still like to change them after receiving them then this will not always be possible as it depends on the stocks we have available. If we do offer a replacement item you will need to pay a shipping fee to cover the cost of sending your replacement items and you will need to return your current items to us in the UK at your own expense. The items you return will need to be in perfect condition. If not we reserve the right to stop our offer of free replacement items. This will be explained to you in an email when you request the return
  • If we have sent you incorrect items or damaged items based on your original order when you joined the Tennishead CLUB then we will replace these at no cost to yourself.
  • If you require a refund of your Tennishead CLUB membership cost then you will have to return your gift items to us at your own expense before any refund will be offered. The items will need to be returned to us in the UK, un-worn, in perfect condition and still within their original packaging before we will offer you a refund. The refund amount you are offered depends on the stage in the process of your membership. for example, if we haven’t sent you anything then often we can offer a full refund. If we have already shipped you some items then the refund will exclude our shipping costs and potentially other associated costs. This will be explained over email when you request your refund.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we ask you to.
  • This returns and replacement policy is only available for the 4 weeks after we send your original items. If you suffer any damage or failure to any items we send you it is not covered after 1 month from receiving the items.
  • The items your receive as part of your Tennishead CLUB membership are not for resale and anyone proven to be reselling these items may be liable for prosecution.

Digital and print subscription ‘bundles’

Print and digital subscription ‘bundles’ are only valid for the duration of your print subscription. It is not possible to cancel or suspend a print subscription and still retain the discount on the digital subscription. If you wish to cancel either the print or digital element of your subscription, please contact our customer service team on [email protected]

Access to digital editions after cancellation

Once your subscription has expired, you will have a limited period of time in which to download the digital editions you have paid for. This period is one week after the last cover dated issue of your subscription for weekly magazines and 4 weeks for monthly titles. After this time, you will no longer be able to download anything new to your device. All existing downloaded issues will be unaffected.

Your membership/subscription is protected by our FULL Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you’re not satisfied you can write to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the cost of all un-mailed issues or items.

If you’ve already received the Tennishead CLUB membership items then a partial refund will be available if you want to cancel your Tennishead CLUB membership as the majority of the cost of your annual subscription goes towards the cost of the items we send out when you join.

Third party advertising and promotion

We work with various 3rd party brands to help promote our products including the Tennishead CLUB and Tennishead magazine. We are not responsible for any promotion you see on these websites or through these brands which may differ from our actual offer. You should always check our website for the precise detail of our offer at the time of payment. We won’t always be able to honour all offers you have seen through 3rd party brands

Renewing your Tennishead CLUB membership

  • After 12 months your Tennishead CLUB membership will automatically renew.
  • You will receive a number emails from us before the renewal is due explaining what you will receive for your next year of membership and the cost you will pay. At any point you can choose to cancel your auto-renewing membership or change it to ‘manual renewal’ which means we won’t automatically take a renewal payment.
  • The membership items and benefits you receive will change every time you renew your membership and the price will also change every time your complete 12 months of membership. You will be informed of the renewal package, options and price well in advance of your membership renewal date to give you time to make your decision.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time during your 12 months of membership.
  • If you don’t cancel your membership or request it be changed to manual renewal and the membership automatically renews, we will immediately commence the process of shipping your renewal package of items. If you subsequently decide to cancel your membership after we have shipped your renewal items then you can still receive a refund minus the costs we have incurred to process and ship your renewal items. Those costs are currently £12.50 for UK members and $25 for non-UK members. Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned items, which you must return at your own expense, and once we have checked that they are in perfect condition.
