WATCH: Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev practise together ahead of ATP Finals
Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev enjoy hitting with each other outside of competition, continuing that partnership ahead of the ATP Finals.
The two men met for a 10th time on the ATP tour in the final of the Paris Masters last week.
Djokovic won from a set down to claim his sixth Paris title and 37th at Masters 1000 level.
The victory also brought his head-to-head record against Medvedev to 6-4, as well as avenging his US Open final loss to the Russian.
Now, the top two players in the world have taken to the practice court in Turin as the ATP Finals gets underway on Sunday.
As they did before the French Masters event, they take to training together, with the ATP streaming the session for tennis fans below.
Medvedev is the defending champion at the ATP Finals, winning the final event held in London in 2020.
He defeated the top three players in the world then in Dominic Thiem, Rafael Nadal and Djokovic to win that event.
Meanwhile, Djokovic is looking to secure a joint-record sixth crown at the ATP Finals. Claiming the title in Turin would bring him level with fellow 20-time Slam champion Roger Federer.
It would be Djokovic’s first ATP Finals title since 2015, when he won his fourth consecutive title and fifth overall.
