Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Frances Tiafoe feature in strong grass court warm up with free live streaming available
Stars of the present and the future such as Frances Tiafoe, Jo Wilfried Tsonga and Cristian Garin hit the grass courts tomorrow in South West London to test their game with live coverage available to everyone
Many of the world’s best players take a break from the ATP Tour in the week prior to Wimbledon and choose to test their grass skills at a number of exhibition tournaments arranged at some of London’s most exclsuive tennis clubs. Tsonga, Tiafoe and Garin will be playing at the Roehampton Club in the GANT Championships and the live action will be available to watch for free on tennishead’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
Jo Wilfried Tsonga is entering the twilight of his career but he still has huge pulling power as a star of the game thanks to his runner up achievement at the Australian Open, Davis Cup victory, two Wimbledon semi-final appearances and career high ATP world ranking of no. 5. Tsonga is currently ranked 70 in the world but this is mainly due to a 6 month injury break last year.
Frances Tiafoe is probably America’s brightest tennis hope for the future and currently ranked 39 in the world. 2019 has seen him reach the quarter finals in Miami, Estoril and most notably the Australian Open where it took eventual finalist Rafa Nadal to end his run.
Cristian Garin has burst onto the scene in 2019 with an incredible run of form on clay including two titles in Houston and Munich plus a final in Sao Paolo. His ranking has risen 140 places in the last year alone with him now sitting at 35 in the world.
All three players, plus more to be announced, will be playing between Thursday 27th June and Saturday 29th June at the Roehampton GANT Championships with all the live action available via live feed on our Facebook and Twitter feeds.
