Wozniak defeated top seed Nadia Petrova of Russia in the semi-finals but offered little resistance against the Danish teenager, who took only 64 minutes to close out a one-sided encounter.
Wozniacki, who won 84% of her first serve points, broke the Canadian three times in the opening set and twice in the second, while facing only one break point herself throughout the entire match.
Meanwhile, Wozniak, who is recovering from a shoulder injury, served six double faults and committed 31 unforced errors in a disappointing performance.
“My plan was to play aggressive and make her run,” Wozniacki said.
“This is a great start to the clay-court season, a really good start. I proved I can beat these better players.”
