Tsonga sets up Youzhny showdown

Frenchman Tsonga, the second seed at the event, proved too strong for compatriot Gael Monfils in the semi-finals as he eased to a 6-3 6-3 victory in just 55 minutes.

Youzhny was pushed to the limit by eighth seed Lleyton Hewitt before overcoming the Australian 6-2 5-7 7-5.

Hewitt failed to make the most of his chances, taking just one of seven break points during the match.
