Perfect 60 minute singles practice drills for all standards of tennis player
Find yourself practising in the same way whenever you step onto the singles court? These drills, designed by 3 top coaches, will not only reinvigorate your tennis practise but they’ll also help you improve faster
We all do the same thing don’t we? Walk onto the practise with your usual singles partner, head straight to the baseline and start hitting your groundstrokes as hard as you can. Then it’s a few volleys, one or two smashes, hit some serves then play a set or two.
Well surprise, surprise that’s NOT what the pro’s do and it’s certainly not the best way to maximise your time or to aid your development.
But what should you be doing with your valuable singles court time to help improve your game and keep your 60 minute session fun?
We’ve teamed up with the experts from JTC coaching to guide you in the best way to maximise your performance and improve fast with some tried and tested drills for all standards of player.
You can enjoy the full session in our exclusive video:
Follow our coaches, Lucy, Mark and Alex, as they set up the drills starting with the moment you walk onto the singles court. Follow their expert guidance as they help get your timing and coordination going and keep the practise session fun but competitive.
You’ll then head back to the baseline but only once you are ready where you’ll try out drills that are designed to simulate what you’ll face during a match at the same time as correcting some common errors that club players are consistently making.
