The top-20 duo will join defending Wimbledon champion Andy Murray at the intimate south-west London grass court event between June 17-20.
Dimitrov, who has won three titles on the ATP Tour this year, said: “This will be my first time playing at the BNP Paribas Tennis Classic. I have heard so many great things about the club and the beautiful setting, so I can’t wait to play there.”
Like Dimitrov, Japan's Nishikori has also been in great form in 2014, winning titles in Memphis and Barcelona and reaching the semi-finals of the Masters 1000 in Miami.
He is currently No.6 in the Race to London rankings and said: "I loved playing at The Hurlingham Club last year, the atmosphere is very special. Walking past the fans as you go on court is a great feeling and I can’t wait to get back.”
Nishikori and Dimitrov will be joined at the event by a host of tennis legends, including Tim Henman, Goran Ivanisevic, Mark Philippoussis, Pat Cash and crowd pleaser Mansour Bahrami.
