The British No.1 has retained head coach Amelie Mauresmo but has parted ways with assistant coach Dani Vallverdu. Murray also confirmed that fitness trainer Jez Green would also not be travelling with him in 2015.

"We sat down at the end of the season and decided that a change would be best for all of us," said Murray. "My off-season training and Australian Open preparations have already begun and I am very excited for the new year. I thank Jez and Dani for all their hard work over the years and wish them the best for the future."

Vallverdu initially began traveling with Murray five years ago as his hitting partner and the pair have been friends since they trained together as teenagers at the Sanchez-Casal academy in Barcelona. Mauresmo, meanwhile, joined Murray's team in June following the French Open.

Meanwhile, Murray, who is currently in the Philippines for the International Premier Tennis League, is reported to have got engaged to Sears, his girlfriend of nine years, last Wednesday, just days after acting as best man at Ross Hutchins’ wedding.
