Moncourt handed ban for betting

Moncourt was found guilty of breaching Article C1 of the 2008 ATP Tennis Anti-Corruption Program at a hearing on Friday.The regulation, which prevents players “wagering on the outcome or any other aspect of an ‘Event’ (tennis matches or competitions).” was broken by Moncourt over a four-month period between June and September 2005.
