Mardy Fish to retire after US Open

The former world No.7 has played just one match since August 2013 after revealing he has an anxiety disorder. He has played just seven tournaments since withdrawing from his US Open fourth-round match with Roger Federer with a heart problem in 2012.

Fish will use his protected ranking to play in Atlanta, Cincinnati and New York as well as playing doubles with retired former world No.1 Andy Roddick in Atlanta.
