Jannik Sinner continued his incredible winning streak by earning his place in the ATP Finals against Alex de Minaur.
Sinner has now won 30 indoor hardcourt matches in a row, with his last loss coming against Novak Djokovic at the ATP Finals in 2023.
The world number two will play the winner of Felix Auger-Aliassime and Carlos Alcaraz in the final, which takes place on November 16.
Sinner made ATP Finals history with his win against Ben Shelton and he has continued the record-breaking streak in Turin.

Jannik Sinner breaks another ATP Finals record
Sinner won in straight sets against de Minaur, but it was the narrow first set he won that helped him break an impressive record.
The Italian’s first set against the Australian was his 17th consecutive set at the ATP Finals, which is now the most in history.
The previous record was held by Pete Sampras and Roger Federer, who achieved the feat between 1997 and 1998, and 2003 and 2004, respectively.
Sinner has only tasted defeat on two occasions at the ATP Finals, succumbing to Daniil Medvedev in 2021 and Djokovic in 2023.
The Italian has appeared at the tournament on three occasions since replacing Matteo Berrettini as an alternate in 2023.
He defeated Hubert Hurkacz in his first edition to mark his first win at the tournament. He’s since reached the final in 2023 and won the tournament in 2024.
Sinner absolutely loves his home event and he’s proved time and time again that he is near unbeatable in Turin.
Jannik Sinner could make more history at the ATP Finals
Sinner is yet to drop his serve at the 2025 ATP Finals with just one more match to play at the year-end tournament.
The Italian could become the first player to ever win the tournament without dropping a serve, although he will likely have to play his rival Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
Nevertheless, getting to the final against the top eight players in the world without dropping a set is incredibly impressive.
Sinner is not exactly known for his serve, unlike players such as Sampras, so it would make the feat even more impressive.
However, Sinner has only managed to defeat Alcaraz without dropping his serve on one occasion in his career. The Italian beat Alcaraz in straight sets in the China Open semi-final in 2023.
