Jannik Sinner is still hoping to make changes to his game after his latest win at Wimbledon.
Sinner beat Nuno Borges in straight sets to reach the second round of Wimbledon, in a more comfortable victory than his first round five-setter against Miomir Kecmanovic.
There was also some concern surrounding the world number one, but Sinner has provided a positive fitness update after beating Borges.
Although there are no longer any physical issues for Sinner, he does believe that there are some improvements he still needs to make to his game.

Jannik Sinner admits the improvements he wants to make to his game on grass
Sinner is the clear current world number one and has won five Masters 1000 titles this year, and after his first round match at Wimbledon, he had spoken about wanting to improve his return of serve.
However, the Italian admitted that this was difficult to do against Borges in his latest post-match press conference.
“Today is tough to say because he was serving very well, very precise first couple of sets,” said Sinner. “Was serving for the second set. Struggled a bit there. It’s also normal when you serve out for a set or a match. There’s a little bit more tension.
“Overall I tried to stay a little bit more aggressive. At times it worked well; at times I feel like there’s a little bit to improve.
“Second match on grass, I was not looking for perfection. I tried to improve. Felt like at times I did. Now we’ll see how it goes.”

Later on in the press conference, Sinner was asked a follow-up question about other areas of his game that he would like to improve.
“Trying to go a little bit more to the net. Trying to be a bit more aggressive. Also the movement itself I can improve I feel like on grass,” answered Sinner.
“Yeah, also, again, the return of serve, especially second serves, trying to be a little bit more aggressive, then we see how it goes. I feel like all shots I can do slightly better. But again, it was today a better performance I liked than in the first match.”
Jannik Sinner responds when asked how different it feels playing Wimbledon without any warm-ups
Sinner lost in the second round of Roland Garros at his last tournament before Wimbledon, having decided not to play any grass court tournaments prior to The Championships for the first time this year.
Despite this being a big decision for Sinner, he does not appear to believe that this is a particularly significant change for him.
“It’s nothing different. First time that I do it on grass,” said Sinner. “If I see the matches also in Halle, the first couple of matches in the past years, they were very, very tough. So it’s normal.
“I feel like the grass here, it is a little bit different than anywhere else you play. Very similar to Queen’s, though.
“Yeah, something we will take in consideration maybe for the next year. But this is a conversation we’re going to have after the tournament.
“Again, the first couple of matches, I know that they are always tough. Now I’m past them. Let’s see what’s coming on the next round.
“Of course, there are no easy matches. It’s always very tough, very unpredictable, especially playing here on grass. So let’s see.”
What would have happened if Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner played at the same time as Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal?
Sinner will look to continue to make improvements for his next grass court match at Wimbledon against Jenson Brooksby.
This will be a second meeting between the two players, with Sinner beating Brooksby in their only previous match at the Washington Open in 2021.
