While Roger Federer and Serena Williams were predominately known as singles stars, they did often dip their toes into doubles action.
Williams won 16 doubles titles, with most of them coming alongside her sister Venus Williams between 2001 and 2016.
Federer, meanwhile, won doubles titles with Jonas Bjorkman, Stan Wawrinka, and Marat Safin during his illustrious career.
There is only one star who managed to win doubles titles with both Williams and Federer in his career though.

Max Mirnyi’s success with Roger Federer and Serena Williams
Max Mirnyi had an incredible doubles career, which saw him win 10 Grand Slams and reach world number one.
The Belarusian star is now working as a coach for world number one Aryna Sabalenka, but he managed to carve out his own piece of tennis history with Federer and Williams.
Mirnyi teamed with Williams when she was a teenager and the pair picked up at Wimbledon and the US Open in 1998.
The star teamed with the likes of Andy Ram, Daniel Nestor, and Jamie Murray, but he also forged a strong partnership with Federer.
Federer and Mirnyi won the 2003 Miami Open, as well as the Rotterdam Open and the Kremlin Cup in their brief time together.
Mirnyi might have retired in 2018, but no one will ever be able to stake a claim to being both Federer and Williams’ doubles partner.
What Max Mirnyi said about teaming with Roger Federer and Serena Williams
The incredible achievement is not lost on Mirnyi and he’s often revealed his thoughts about teaming with two of the greatest players of all time.
Speaking about his partnership with Federer, he said: “We hardly lost together. It was incredible to be on the same side of the court with him.
“He was breathing in confidence that he would project on every point. He felt that the bigger the moment, the more he could produce. It was a big luxury to play with him.”
While Mirnyi could see Federer’s excellence up close, Williams success after their doubles partnership came as somewhat of a surprise to the star.
“I had no idea that she would dominate the world for such a long time but I could definitely sense her superior physical talent on the court even at that age.”
