20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer finally makes his return at a Grand Slam later today after 487 days since his last Grand Slam match.
The Swiss star took to social media ahead of his clash against Denis Istomin with a rather comical image of him back on Parisian soil.

Number two seed Daniil Medvedev is gearing up to face Alexander Bublik in an intriguing clash as he bids to win his first ever match on Parisian soil at the French Open.
The match has been dubbed ‘must-see TV’ by the official Roland Garros twitter account.

Also on day two will be the first official night session in the history of Roland Garros.
The match will feature 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams, who takes on Irina-Camelia Begu at 9 p.m. Paris time Monday under the lights of Court Chatrier.
