After a triumphant French Open victory, Coco Gauff is now aiming to replicate that form at the Wimbledon Championships.
For the first time in her career, the American is entering the grass court Grand Slam after winning a title less than a month earlier.
After failing to progress beyond the fourth round at the All-England Club, the reigning French Open champion has yet to produce her best tennis on grass.
But the 21-year-old is working hard to change that statistic and fans are keen to see if 2025 will be the year Coco Gauff lifts the Venus Rosewater dish for the first time.

What is Coco Gauff focusing on most at Wimbledon this year?
Since her breakthrough victory against Venus Williams at Wimbledon in 2019, Gauff has struggled at SW19.
She has won just 11 matches since, and has struggled to adjust to the quicker and lower-bouncing surface.
Gauff has 21 total career wins on grass and 11 defeats, and she will aim to add several more to that tally at Wimbledon this season.
Despite her struggles at the tournament, the two-time Grand Slam champion is feeling positive about her chances of success.
“Mentally I’m really excited. Every time I come on these grounds I get so inspired so I’m really excited,” Gauff told USA TODAY Sports.
“Physically, I played a tournament last week and it wasn’t so great, and now I’m really just trying to focus on the fundamentals of playing on grass and things like that. So I’m super excited and I feel like each day I’m getting better and hopefully I can do well here.”

Who is Coco Gauff’s first opponent at Wimbledon?
Gauff will open her 2025 Wimbledon campaign against Ukraine’s Dayana Yastremska. This will be a tricky matchup for Gauff due to the 25-year-old’s form on grass this season.
She finished runner-up at the Nottingham Open and reached the Eastbourne quarter-finals, losing to Gauff’s Italian Open doubles partner, Alexandra Eala.
Gauff has also played just one match on grass compared to the eight Yastremska has contested so far this season.
But Gauff has the advantage of winning all three of her previous meetings against the world number 42, including their epic Madrid Open contest in April.
This will be their first meeting on grass, and Gauff will need to be at her best to defeat an in-form player who is determined to beat her for the first time.
