Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are far and away the best two players when it comes to ranking, but there are other rankings where they drop down the pecking order.
Alex de Minaur stands above Sinner and Alcaraz when it comes to ATP 500 victories, while Felix Auger-Aliassime is competing with the Italian when it comes to indoor hardcourt records.
Alexander Bublik is another player who has tested Sinner and Alcaraz’s dominance from afar, particularly with his ATP title victories in 2025.
The world number 10 has now topped another impressive stat over the top two players in the world.

Alexander Bublik’s incredible stats when it comes to winners
Bublik is the top 20 player with both the most forehand and backhand winners per shot in the last 52 weeks on the ATP Tour.
According to tennis statistician Matthew Willis, Bublik is at the top of the pile when it comes to winners per shot.
The world number 10 stands above the likes of Francisco Cerundolo, Alcaraz, and Sinner for forehand and backhand winners.
What would have happened if Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner played at the same time as Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal?
Auger-Aliassime, who has long been touted as a potential challenger for Alcaraz and Sinner’s crown, makes up the top five.
Bublik has picked up plenty of records over Sinner and Alcaraz in the last year, due to the sheer amount of matches he has played.
Per shot, however, it appears he is still riding high above the two best players in the world when it comes to winners.
The stats are not a pretty sight for Alex de Minaur
The whole of the top ten have been ranked for winners per shot, and Alex de Minaur sits on the bottom of the pile for both.
In a ranking of the entire current top 10, the Australian has hit fewer backhand winners than anyone else on tour.
Will Alex de Minaur finish 2026 ranked inside the top five?
Only Ben Shelton comes close to the Aussie, but De Minaur’s forehand winning stats are equally as worrying.
The Australian has been forthright about becoming more aggressive in his game in order to try and topple Sinner and Alcaraz.
These stats show De Minaur still has some way to go in order to assert his dominance on the tennis court more.
