1 The current world No.67 reached a career high singles ranking of 60 in May 2016
2 In 2013 he suffered a serious shoulder injury that nearly ended his career. After an initial misdiagnosis at a tournament in Munich in April 2013 he underwent surgery on a torn labrum midway through the year. He returned to action on the Futures circuit in April 2014, having slipped outside the world’s top 800
3 Millman, who has four sisters, went to school at an Anglican Church school in Brisbane
4 Millman was selected for Australian team to play at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro
5 He injured his ankle at Roland Garros and stayed in Paris for treatment before coming to UK for the grass court season. Spent time sleeping on fellow Australian Chris Guccione’s couch in Paris.
6 He and his friends, including fellow player Jack Duckworth, compete in a weekly trivia quiz at home in Brisbane
7 Worked in a financial services office in Brisbane while coming back from shoulder injury
8 He once ordered a pizza at a Futures event in Gimcheon (South Korea) when he did not have enough money to get a taxi from the site to a hotel and was fed up with tournament food. Pizza was eventually delivered by Tuk Tuk to the court where the delivery man demanded payment from the player on court.
9 He lists Barcelona airport and Milan train station as places he has slept while on tour
10 He turned professional in 2006 but did not play his first ATP Tour event until 2013
