Zverev and Murray headline in Cologne: All you need to know

Alexander Zverev returns to home soil as he competes in the first of two back-to-back ATP 250 indoor hard-court tournaments in Cologne, Germany, starting on October 12th.

Both the bett1HULKS indoors, running from October 12th – October 19th, and the bett1HULKS championships, which follows the week after, have been added to the revised 2020 calendar as tennis continues its resumption following the suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zverev, who lost to Jannik Sinner in the fourth round of Roland Garros, is still chasing his first title of the year and will be the number one seed for the upcoming event.

Andy Murray has been handed a wildcard to play in Cologne and will be eager to bounce back following a disappointing opening round defeat to Stan Wawrinka at Roland Garros earlier this month.

Spaniard and World No 10 Roberto Bautista Agut also features, alongside Felix Auger-Aliassime, Marin Cilic and Kyle Edmund in a strong field at the German event, which runs for the first time this year.
