Cirstea claims maiden title

The third seed from Romania was outplayed in the opening set, but hit back to post a 2-6 6-4 7-6 (7/4) result against fourth-seeded Lisicki.

It was the first meeting between the two teenagers and the second appearance in a final for Cirstea, who also reached the title match in Budapest last year.
