Murray to sit out doubles rubber

Davis Cup captain John Lloyd revealed that the British number one would not be partnering brother Jamie as a precautionary move because of a slight abductor injury.

Jamie Murray will therefore team up with Ross Hutchins against Jurgen Melzer and Julian Knowle.

The tie is locked at 1-1 after yesterday’s singles rubbers.
