In contrast, Alcaraz only collected 2410 ranking points from his first six tournaments of 2025, so he is already in a better position this year.
The star needed the Australian Open, Rotterdam, Qatar Open, Indian Wells, Miami, and Monte Carlo to reach that number last term.
Considering that was without Jannik Sinner’s presence on the ATP Tour, Alcaraz should be very pleased with his start to the season.
The world number one will now take a mini-break until the Sunshine Double of Indian Wells and the Miami Open.
