Victoria Mboko begins to show Canadian Open form again
Mboko’s victory at the Canadian Open is one of the stories of the year, but the 19-year-old has struggled on the Asian swing.
The teenager failed to pick up a win at the four preceding tournaments after her landmark Masters victory, but she’s beginning to build some momentum as the season draws to a close.
Mboko beat Bianca Andreescu and Eva Lys at the Japan Open and she’s followed it up with two more wins in Hong Kong.
The Canadian has certainly turned her form around, and her 2026 season could be even more exciting than 2025.
