Only one star on the ATP Tour has more wins over Carlos Alcaraz than Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner.
Alcaraz and Sinner have dominated the tour, meeting five times in 2025 alone, with the Spaniard edging the head-to-head with 10 wins from their 15 matches.
Djokovic and Alcaraz’s rivalry is surprisingly closer, with the Serbian winning five out of nine matches against the World No. 1.
However, there’s another surprising star who has more wins against Alcaraz than both Sinner and Djokovic.

Alexander Zverev holds the most wins over Carlos Alcaraz on the ATP Tour
Alcaraz has battled it out with Sinner and Djokovic at the latter end of Grand Slams, but there’s a surprise star who has more wins over the Spaniard than the Italian and the Serbian.
Alexander Zverev has six wins over Alcaraz out of their 12 matches together, more than anyone else on the tour.
Sinner and Djokovic both have five wins against the World No. 1, and Djokovic is the only player in the ATP Tour 20 to have a winning record against Alcaraz.

What Alexander Zverev said about Carlos Alcaraz in 2022 came true
Zverev and Alcaraz have a healthy rivalry and the pair share the utmost respect for each other on and off the court.
During his post-match interview (via ATP Tour) during his Roland Garros 2022 victory over Alcaraz, Zverev made a prediction that has already come true.
“He is an incredible player, and I told him at the net he will win this tournament many times, not just once,” said the German.
Zverev and Alcaraz’s last meeting was at the 2025 Cincinnati Open semi-final, which went the way of the Spaniard.
