Tennis on TV Next Week: How to watch Indian Wells!
There is only one main tournament taking place next week, and what a tournament it is with both the ATP and WTA tours heading to Indian Wells for the start of the sunshine double.
And we, at Tennishead, have all the information on how you can watch the action in the desert over the next fortnight:
How can you watch Indian Wells?
As always the stars are out in force for the tournament often dubbed as ‘the fifth major’, with Novak Djokovic as the top seed in the men’s field.
It will be the world No.1’s first tournament since losing in the semi-final of the Australian Open to eventual champion Jannik Sinner, who will also be present in California.
Djokovic is a five-time Indian Wells champion, which is currently the joint-record with Roger Federer, and will be hoping to move ahead of his former rival with a sixth victory this year.
Rafael Nadal, who is a three-time champion in Indian Wells, is also set to make his return after suffering a ‘micro tear’ in January.
It may be the final Indian Wells tournament of Nadal’s career, as well as 2009 finalist Andy Murray, who recently revealed that he is unlikely to continue his career after this summer.
Other former champions in the men’s draw include defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, Taylor Fritz and Cameron Norrie.

Iga Swiatek is the top seed in the women’s draw, with the Pole looking to bounce back after suffering a shock straight sets defeat to Anna Kalinskaya in Dubai.
Elena Rybakina and Aryna Sabalenka are also returning as top seeds, with last year’s winner and runner-up, respectively, hoping to reach the final once again.
Other previous Indian Wells winners in the women’s draw include Victoria Azarenka, Naomi Osaka, Caroline Wozniacki and Paula Badosa.
There will also be the legendary return of seven-time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams, who received a wildcard alongside the likes of 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu and former No.1 Karolina Pliskova.
