Simone Vagnozzi has worked wonders with Jannik Sinner since becoming his coach in 2022.
Alongside Darren Cahill, the pair have overseen all four of Sinner’s Grand Slam title victories, as well as his world number one placing.
Cahill’s partnership with Sinner could be coming to an end, but Vagnozzi looks like he will stay for a very long time.
As well as continuing his partnership with Sinner, Vagnozzi has signed up for a tennis tournament in Australia.

Who has signed up for the Australian Open’s 1 Point Slam?
The tournament’s $1 million prize money has attracted several of the biggest players on both the ATP and WTA Tour.

Who will win the 2026 men’s Australian Open?
Jannik Sinner and Coco Gauff joined the 1 Point Slam after that, alongside local heroes Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis.
The 1 Point Slam will begin on the 14 January at the Australian Open’s Rod Laver Arena.
