There’s just a matter of days until the ATP Finals take place in Turin, with seven of the eight names already confirmed for the year-end tournament.
Lorenzo Musetti and Felix Auger-Aliassime are competing for the final place, with the Italian needing to win the Hellenic Championship to be in with a chance of qualification.
Auger-Aliassime bizarrely pulled out of Metz, meaning Musetti knows exactly what he needs to do to qualify.
The other question mark surrounds Novak Djokovic, who pulled out of the event at the last minute in 2024.

Novak Djokovic’s status for the ATP Finals confirmed
Angelo Binaghi has confirmed that Djokovic will play the tournament for the first time since 2023, according to Ubitennis.
On X, the tennis outlet wrote: “The president of the FITP has confirmed that Novak Djokovic will also be present in Turin, as he has not yet shared any announcements or statements about his participation.
“The Serbian champion is committed this week to the tournament in Athens, where he will take to the court tomorrow against Tabilo.”
Djokovic is playing in Athens at their inaugural event after his family took on the license after previously hosting the Belgrade Open.
The star has been drawn in the same side of the draw as Nuno Borges, Brandon Nakashima, and Reilly Opelka.
It appears the 250 event in his new home of Athens will serve as a warm-up for the ATP Finals in Turin.
Novak Djokovic’s impressive records at the ATP Finals
Djokovic holds the record for the most tournament wins at the ATP Finals, having lifted the trophy on seven occasions.
The last time Djokovic played the tournament in 2023 saw him beat Jannik Sinner in straight sets in the final.
The Serbian suffered a defeat to Sinner in the group stage, but he bounced back to defeat Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Rune to win the tournament.
Djokovic also holds the record for the most consecutive title wins when he won four in a row between 2012 and 2015 in London.
If Djokovic plays the event in 2025, he will match Roger Federer’s record for the amount of tournaments played. He can also match Federer’s 10 finals if he makes it to the final two.
