Former world number three David Nalbandian will also compete at the west London event between June 8-14 as will Gilles Simon and Gael Monfils, ranked eighth and 10th in the world respectively.
Also attending the AEGON Championships will be big-serving Croatian Marin Cilic, former finalist James Blake, Nikolay Davydenko and Richard Gasquet.
Murray, Nadal and Andy Roddick had already confirmed their participation in the event.
