The Wimbledon draw has now been confirmed, with several blockbuster matches set for round one.
Defending champions Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek are in the draw, along with legendary players Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams.
There is also the presence of many young stars looking to make a name for themselves, and indeed several British players aiming to become home heroes.
As always, plenty of shocks can be expected throughout the event, but five high-profile players could suffer very early exits after the Wimbledon draw was confirmed.
Now that the draw is out, which British player do you think will do the best at Wimbledon?
Five high-profile players who could lose early at Wimbledon
Taylor Fritz
American superstar Taylor Fritz is arguably involved in the most difficult first round tie at Wimbledon this year.
He has been drawn to face home favorite Jack Draper, who represents a major threat despite his injury struggles of late.
Heavily backed by the home crowd, the Briton is, of course, also in danger of an early exit, but the winner of this one could go far at the Grand Slam.
Emma Raducanu
Like Eastbourne semifinalist Draper, Emma Raducanu has hit form at the right time with her recent runner-up finish at Queen’s.
And again like her fellow Briton, the supporters in London will be doing their utmost to motivate the former US Open winner.
But Raducanu faces a tricky test against Antonia Ruzic first up, before a possible meeting with former French Open champion Jelena Ostapenko in round two.
Alexandra Eala
Alexandra Eala is another fan favorite, notably wherever she goes, and should receive huge backing at the All England Club.
The Filipina superstar has been superb on grass this season, winning the title in Birmingham before reaching the semifinals in Berlin.
And while that should give her plenty of confidence to beat Renata Zarazua in round one, she could face a mammoth task against 23-time Grand Slam champion Williams in round two.
Serena Williams
Of course, legendary figure Williams needs to make it beyond her opening opponent at the All England Club to set up that blockbuster tie.
But that is certainly not guaranteed against Maya Joint, who could cause the veteran real problems despite her poor form of late.
Williams may not be expected to go far at Wimbledon, but a first round exit would undoubtedly be hugely disappointing for the WTA icon.

Stan Wawrinka
Williams is back in London at the age of 44, while Stan Wawrinka is playing at the prestigious tournament for the final time aged 41.
The ATP legend will retire from tennis at the end of the season, and like the American, has received a wildcard at SW19.
But the Swiss icon meets Matteo Berrettini in his opening match, which even if he wins could be followed by a clash with Arthur Fils.
