Coco Gauff has confirmed she will play doubles at the Italian Open for the seventh year in a row.
The American is yet to win the Italian Open in singles or doubles, although she has reached the final twice in the latter.
Gauff has a difficult relationship on the clay, despite her impressive record on the surface, and she often uses doubles to tune up.
The star is set to play the Italian Open alongside a doubles partner she has played with since the 2023 season.

Coco Gauff’s doubles partner for the Italian Open confirmed
Gauff will play the Italian Open alongside Caty McNally this year, who she hasn’t been partnered with for nearly three years.
The last time she played with McNally was the Billie Jean King Cup in 2023, when the United States played Austria in a qualifying round.
