The American will be hoping that her serve fires her all the way to the title in south-west London.

Last year, Anisimova performed superbly to reach the Wimbledon final, defeating Linda Noskova and Aryna Sabalenka en route.

She was then defeated 6-0, 6-0 by Iga Swiatek in one of the most remarkable Grand Slam finals in history.

Only three Grand Slam Women’s Singles finals have ever recorded that scoreline.

Amanda Anisimova’s record against Madison Keys

Anisimova and Keys have only played each other once before on the WTA Tour.

The American duo met in the round robin stage of the 2025 WTA Finals.

Anisimova, seeded fourth at that event, rallied from a set down to defeat Keys 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.

“It was quite a battle out there. Just really happy with the way I was able to turn around in the second set and turn that frown upside down,” Anisimova said afterwards, as per Flashscore.
