Alex Eala and Joao Fonseca are set to team up for an exciting event at the US Open in New York later this year.
Both Eala and Fonseca are currently fully focused on Wimbledon, which has just returned to the tennis calendar.
But the superstar duo have also confirmed their appearances at an event during the US Open in August, which represents the final Grand Slam of the year.
And that is very exciting news for tennis fans, with Eala and Fonseca among the biggest rising stars of the sport at this moment.

Alex Eala and Joao Fonseca to play in US Open event
Taking place during US Open fan week, the tournament has confirmed that Eala and Fonseca will play in Stars of the Open.
Describing the event, the US Open website reports: “One night, rising stars: witness some of the sport’s most electrifying young talent take the court in Arthur Ashe Stadium on Thursday, Aug. 21 at 6PM!
“Watch World No. 25 Joao Fonseca, World No. 30 Alexandra Eala, and Americans Learner Tien and Iva Jovic team up to compete under the lights.”
This suggests that the Filipina and the Brazilian will team up, while American aces Tien and Jovic will also partner.
Despite their youth, both Eala and Fonseca have quickly attracted some of the biggest fan bases in tennis, with huge numbers constantly watching their matches.
Also taking place the same week in New York, the highly publicized mixed doubles event returns, hosted by Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu were among the many singles stars taking part, but doubles specialists Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori successfully defended their title.
