A year to remember: End of the road for Sharapova and Dimitrov

While Fabio and Flavia were flourishing, the romance of Grigor Dimitrov and Maria Sharapova hit the buffers.

Midway through an ATP ranking fall that saw Dimitrov drift from 11 to 28 this year, the Bulgarian decided enough was enough, sacked coach Roger Rasheed and then reportedly gave Masha the elbow a few days later.

Now under the guidance of the Good to Great academy in Sweden, Dimitrov has already added a new admirer to his VIP box; French player Alize Lim was courtside for his matches during the Paris Masters.
