On today’s Social Slice, Emma Raducanu has attracted a new fan and Andy Murray asks his Twitter followers for advice.

British wildcard Emma Raducanu continued her memorable run at Wimbledon after defeating Sorana Cirstea to book her place in the last 16.

The 18-year-old will take on Ajla Tomljanovic on Court One tomorrow after becoming the youngest British woman ever to reach the last 16 at Wimbledon.

Raducanu’s stunning win rightly gained her a lot of new fans, although this tweet was the best of the lot.

Three-time Grand Slam champion Andy Murray took to Twitter for advice as he looks to buy a tennis ball machine. A lot of fans replied with ‘Novak Djokovic’, he is a tennis machine in fairness.

Former England striker Gary Lineker responded to Raducanu’s third round win.

Felix Auger-Aliassime sent a classy message to Nick Kyrgios after he was forced to withdraw from their match with an abdominal injury.

 

Kyrgios responded with a message to wish the Canadian youngster luck for the rest of 2021 Wimbledon.

Roger Federer defeated Cameron Norrie on Centre Court to setup a fourth round clash against Lorenzo Sonego. The 39-year-old celebrated his win on Twitter along with some great photos.

Finally, Coco Gauff reached the second week of Wimbledon for the second successive year. The 17-year-old will face former champion Angelique Kerber on Centre Court tomorrow.
