The seventh-seeded Spaniard cruised to a 6-2 6-3 victory over Gisela Dulko in Bogota.

The 26-year-old Martinez Sanchez dropped just one set during the tournament and needed less than 90 minutes to get past the error-prone Dulko.

The world number 46, Dulko’s wayward serve cost her a fourth career title and first since May. The Argentinian committed 13 double-faults and was broken four times.

Martinez Sanchez fired just two aces, but her service game was rarely in trouble and she saved all three break points she faced.
